Careful attention to the whole person.

My mission is to bring rigorous thinking and genuine human connection to individualized homeopathic care.

My whole-person approach also considers nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, daily routines, and environment. I am a student homeopath completing professional clinical training through the Academy of Homeopathy Education, with supervised care currently available through Homeopathy Help Now.

A clear definition

What is homeopathy?

Homeopathy is an individualized system of care based on the principle of “like cures like.”

Homeopathic remedies are commonly prepared from source substances derived from plants, minerals, or animals. These substances undergo serial dilution and succussion before a remedy is selected by matching the individual’s particular pattern of symptoms—not the diagnosis alone. This is why two people with the same diagnosis may receive different homeopathic remedies.

Homeopathy is used as complementary care and does not replace medical diagnosis, emergency care, prescribed treatment, or care from a licensed healthcare professional.

Homeopathy in context

Health is shaped by more than symptoms alone.

Alongside individualized homeopathic care, I bring formal training in nutrition and lifestyle coaching to the way I understand and support each person.

Our work may include thoughtful attention to eating patterns, sleep, stress, movement, daily routines, and environmental influences. The aim is not a one-size-fits-all diet or a replacement for medical care, but practical, sustainable support informed by the full context of your life.

A thoughtful beginning

Individualized care starts with listening.

Homeopathy looks beyond a diagnostic label to understand the particular way an individual experiences changes in health.

The process asks for careful observation, a detailed history, and space for the physical, mental, and emotional picture to be understood together. My role is to listen closely, think critically, and work within a rigorous system of professional supervision.

Meet Jessica

A systems-oriented mind, brought into human relationship.

My path to homeopathy began long before formal clinical training. An engineering education, environmental work, and years managing international projects taught me to look for relationships within complex systems—and to listen carefully across different backgrounds and ways of understanding the world.

“I have always been interested in complex living systems. Homeopathy brought that systems-oriented mind into direct relationship with the individual person.”
